WE DON’T NEED NO STINKING PRESS PASSES.

The unaffiliated press:  Is the biggest scandal in U.S. history about to break? (… asks jsnip4 at Realist news on Youtube.) I am thinking, that if it doesn’t “break” all over the place soon then there is definitely something very wrong. Rumor has it that top news commentators  are being interviewed for a new “conservative” news network and some have wondered if Donald Trump is starting a news network. (I don’t think he is, but someone is.)

If the civilian coup is going forward as planned, then another news network will be needed to tell the people what is really going on, unless they plan to storm the current ones operating and shut them down. The public seems to have lost faith in the Major News Media and for quite a while have been relying on the internet for the news. CNN has gotten so desperate they told people on air that they should not listen to alternative news and that it is illegal (or should be illegal) to read wiki-leaks, and that they, the “real” journalists should be the only ones to do that and report the news. (Are they brain dead?) Do they even know what freedom of the Press means?)
“The First Amendment right to gather news is, as the Court has often noted, not one that inures solely to the benefit of the news media; rather, the public’s right of access to information is coextensive with that of the press.” – United States Court of Appeals For the First Circuit, August 26, 2011.”
So given that, we bloggers, journalist, reporters, facebook posters and picture takers ARE on equal ground with anyone else carrying a so-called “official” press credentials who think they have more clout than John Q. Public when it comes to information and reporting. WE DON’T NEED NO STINKING PRESS PASSES.
